We ordered food for collection around 8-8:30 arrived at 8:05 and got told to wait 15mins. We actually got our food at 8:30. Then the food was missing lots of things, the milkshakes tasted like syrup with no chocolate in. The burgers were missing lots of things and one was soggy with sauce. We also had bacon and cheese fries and they gave it to us with next to no bacon.I’ve ordered from this place a few times and it has been great but I don’t think I will be returning after this

If you’ve been thinking about ordering from here or even popping in but haven’t found the time yet, FIND THE TIME! We’ve said about going since they opened but hadn’t got round to going till last night! The food was absolutely delicious, the burger was the best burger I’ve had in such a long time and don’t even get me started on the kinder bueno milkshake, my god! 10/10 recommend, thanks guys!

We have been here a couple of times now and we always enjoy it. Milkshakes are Fantastic (Banoffee and cherry bakewell being two of the highlights for me) and the burgers are great with plenty of option. Staff are super friendly too even when they are busy :) will keep returning.

I'm just sat in their shop in Hinckley now. The worst service I have ever received.I came into store on Thursday and upon arrival they ignored me for around 10 mins while they prepared food.When they did take my order I was made to wait almost 30 mins while they made other people's food. A guy who came 15 mins after me was given his food faster.Rule number one in business is first impressions count. I won't be coming back but please will the owner use this as constructive criticism.

Their food is terrible, I tried their chicken burger, the chicken was undercooked and tasteless. My kids didn’t eat it.I ordered 3 burger and ended paying for 4 burgers, when I noticed, they told me they can’t do a refund so I had to end up taking an extra burger.Their food are over priced too.I’m never going back there.

The Udder Guy Burgers are top notch! We love a cheeky takeaway from here, my kids adore the milkshakes and their fries are next level too. Definitely recommend it to any burger fans!

Had some issues tonight with food, howeverFollowing reporting my issues, I was impressed by a visit from the manager, with an apology, explanation and some items of replacement. I stand by my original review but as a manger was impressed by the effort this took. Thank you.

I ordered the reese's large milkshake, the order was £5.50, not overpriced compared to what I'm used to paying, for a similar size. The astetic of the business is very nice. Good set up, clean and has 5* hygiene which is always a good sign to see.The service today was incredible I walked up, got served straight away, the woman knew exactly how to operate the POS system, she knew where my item was instantly. My ordered took literally under 3 minutes between order and service which did shock me I'm used to waiting longer for a milkshake to be fair, but overall that made me happy with the service everything was quick and efficient.I do think however, potentially was quicker after tasting the product because the ice cream wasn't quite ready. The milkshake was pretty tasteless and very bland, I was getting no flavour from the drink itself, just the occasional: peanut butter, chocolate or caramel flavour ran through which lifted it. It was also very thin, which wasn't the best either, all in all the milkshake was okay, it was very filling and drinkable which is great. it didn't taste bad it's just the competitors around Leicester are definitely serving better milkshakes. This was not nice and not good just: drinkable, refreshing and filling in my opinion.I came here however from the recommendation and the 2 people that recommended it have stated it's normally thicker and tastes better. So potentially it's the ice cream I pointed out earlier not being left long enough in the machine, causing the issue. I don't know what the issue is factually! but they were pretty busy and I'd of rather had an 8 minute wait and a beautiful thick creamy milkshake than a 3 minute wait for a watered down diluted version. But in any case the place looks great the packaging was brilliant I actually love the yellow cup and the plastic straw for a milkshake business is the right choice so I appreciate that.Thank you for your service.
