Quick diagnosis and repair! I really appreciate the level of customer service. Especially as a fairly new (female) driver, it's so nice to have this level of friendly and knowledgeable communication. My car was ready within a day and the price was really reasonable as well

I was in a real pickle today. Car wouldn’t start , I have caring responsibilities and needed the car quickly . Towed in at 3:30 and it was back home by 6:00. Fantastic job will be using them again for sure

Absolutely brilliant service. I was stuck with no brakes on the M4 and these guys sorted me out within a few hours and I was back on the road to see my family in Devon! Thanks so much for fitting me into your busy day.

Richard checked out a second hand van I purchased, and provided a report on the condition it was in, the repairs needed and an estimate of how much it should cost. He also came to collect the van as it had a flat battery that wouldn't retain it's charge. Super friendly, and he spent a good amount of time and patience answering my hundred questions and concerns. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

My wife broke down on the motorway with our baby in the back and managed to limp the car to Thomas and Beard. They were very helpful and managed to get her back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly recommended

Took my Toyota HiAce van here for the first time for a service and to diagnose other problems. Would highly recommend, great service everything was clearly explained, friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. All work was completed to a high standard at a competitive price.

I have taken my car here over the last three years, and I have to say this is the BEST garage to go to locally. All the staff I've spoken with are really friendly especially the lovely receptionist! She really makes you feel comfortable whever it be on the phone or in the office waiting area.Personally I would rather pay £50 for my M.O.T's and receive GREAT service and a 99% pass rate as apposed to paying £35 and then being told something is wrong with the car, when you know there's not, costing you more money and time in the long run.
