Transatlantic Trading Company

Absolutely shocking service. Tried to order online but it did not complete the transaction so I called them and they stated that my order had gone through and was being processed. A couple of days later I noticed that payment had not been taken so called back to be told that my order had not been processed. So I ordered over the telephone and thought nothing of it as I had spoken to a real person.A couple of days passed and I saw on my back app that they had taken payment but almost £20 more than advertised price. As this was the weekend I needed to wait till Monday to see if anything arrived as 4 days had passed since the order. Tuesday came and I noticed that I had been refunded by this company so I decided to ring this company to be told there was no order in my name, then I was told that Royal Mail had lost the item and that they had no more is stock.No apology, No email, No phone call..... Shocking customer service.I do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.

Scammed order never arrived and they don't respond to you

Still nothing from Mar 4. No shipment, won't return email, cannot get on phone. Getting bmy credit card company involved. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

I think there's a pattern emerging with the negative reviews. Parcel lost in transit apparently by DPD (so now that is two major shipping companies at fault, would you believe it?!) They said a replacement would come and it just hasn't arrived. It is now the weekend with no one available for contact - laughable service really. Would categorically not recommend using this company to my worst enemy.

All their customers’ service knows is the tricks of this job to pull peoples leg!!!

Ordered 2 items from them one arrived damaged the other did not arrive, the missing item had a tracking number claimed to be Royal mail it is not.I have tried to return the faulty item they do not reply to emails and they do not answer the phone it rings out.Opened a case on paypal and they still do not respond.Stay clear if it goes wrong you are out of pocket you have no point of contact and they just do not care about consumer regulations
