We have used the Computer Cavern a number of times in past few years for new laptops and a printer as well as screen breakage and consumables. Also for software support which was offered immediately over the telephone. Dealt with Simon in the main, he has always been helpful and quick to respond. Always happy to work within the budget you have and advise on best product to suit your needs. Top marks for customer service, speed and support. Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone needing something within their offering.

Top knowledge and excellent customer service. Really went the extra mile for me. I had a problem with my laptop in that I couldn't connect through my broadband for more than 1 or 2 minutes before losing the connection. I tried all the usual things to fix it myself - but nothing worked. So I took it in to Computer Cavern for Steve to look at. After 2 days I returned to collect my fixed laptop and returned it home. Only to find it was still faulty. Steve tried to talk me through some additional methods to check certain things - but it still wouldn't work. So he told me to bring it back in and he would continue to fault-find what was wrong - at no extra charge. After another day he found out what the fault was and the laptop has been running smoothly since then. Thanks Steve. I highly recommend Computer Cavern for your laptop fixes.

My husband used computer cavern for a new battery for his laptop. It was an excellent price and simon fitted it for him and checked everything was ok. Excellent service wish i could give more than five stars.
