I recently purchased a 2014 blue VW Polo from First Buy Motors and had an excellent experience. Saj, one of their staff members, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From supporting my finance application to the smooth handover of the car, Saj's assistance was invaluable. Although they forgot to give me the second key on the day, they quickly rectified the situation by sending it via post. Overall, I highly recommend First Buy Motors for their friendly and professional service, with a special mention to Saj for going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

With a heavy heart I leave this review. No wonder why people have trust issues in the UK, because there is literally no one you can trust. I'm not sure why people own a business like this and can't even have the dignity to do right to everyday people. Saj is too young and too naive to be running a business like this. If it weren't for me purchasing the car through a finance company I would not of had the backing for Saj to fix the issues that arose only after 2 days of owning the car.I could go on and on, but if you do one thing, do not buy a car from First Buy Motors unless you want a permanent headache and have a dodgy car where there is problem after problem. I am so disappointed with our experience with Saj, I had a lot of hope in him when we first met, but it turns out he's just a VERY good salesman and that's all. Once upon a time this company might of been doing well, but that was before a unfortunate circumstance happened to his family. Since then it looks like this company is only going down hill. Sorry Saj, but innocent hard working people should not have to be hustled by you :(

if I could leave 0 stars I would, brought a car from this company with a 3 month warranty, told countless times the warranty was being set up then just got ignored so never got the warranty.. the car has issues that were hidden when we brought it. just getting the silent treatment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Bought my sons first car from them. Had nothing but problems with false servicing and warranty not worth paper it’s written on. Engine coolant leaking with a bodge job!! Avoid using them at all costs. Staff unhelpful too…has cost me a fortune to fix !

I had a great experience purchasing my car from First Buy Motors in Maidenhead. Saj, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. First Buy Motors should be avoided at all costs. He sold me a car with an illegal tyre which was in one place completely down to the cord. The battery was completely dead by day 19 and could not hold a charge. Engine warning light came on after 13 days. Reported to Warranty company only they had no record of a warranty for my car as Shajeel had not bothered to register the warranty, therefore they don’t want to know. I had a new bank 1 sensor fitted which I had to pay for only to find out it is actually the Catalytic converter which needs replacing. I have emailed Shajeel, phoned and text, he sends occasional text to just promise he will respond that day but then I receive nothing more. Along with 12volt socket failing within couple of days, valve on another tyre failing, air filter not fitted correctly.This car apparently had a service done the day I bought it! Shame on the garage. Then after I paid for car, in general chat he said his family had put money into that garage – Maybe why my car passed a service with so many faults? Strange one of the 5star reviews is actually from him. I hope I can help some people not to have to go through what I and it seems others have had to deal with and be so out of pocket. He is only helpful until you buy the car , after that he does not care one bit. Also warranty he offers (which he doesn’t register anyway) comes with clause that you pay the first £50.00 which he won’t tell you.Avoid this trader at all costs. That tyre could have blown at any moment killing me and my family.

Found a great car with affordable price. Got 3 months warranty and Saj offered a 5 days insurance until i find the best one.Love the car. Thank you!
