I recently purchased a secondhand Suzuki Swift Sport from Baden Powell Suzuki. Being over two hundred miles away from the dealer, I was slightly apprehensive about buying a car unseen, but I needn’t have worried. The service I received from Garry Booth was absolutely outstanding. I have bought and sold many cars in my nearly forty years of car ownership but I can genuinely say this was the very best experience I have had buying a car.From the initial call back from Garry, to him going over and above to show me every detail of the car via FaceTime, including faults.He even provided options of having wheels replaced/refurbished etc. once I was happy with the car, it was extremely easy to reserve it and arrange for free nationwide delivery, and also to have my car taken in part exchange at a very reasonable trade in with no quibbling.The delivery couldn’t have gone smoother and Richard was extremely polite and friendly, ensuring I was 100% happy with the car and showing me the basic controls before loading my old car on to the low loader.You can tell this is a family run business and they take pride in what they do and this really shows in their customer service and after sales.So I can highly recommend Baden Powell and will definitely use them again in the future for my next car.Thank you Garry and Richard for your outstanding customer service.

We recently purchased an electric car with Baden Powell and the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Paul was extremely helpful and happily provided all the answers to our questions. We weren’t able to view the car in person as we live in Manchester, so Paul kindly recorded a video of the car and showed all its features, which we found very helpful.Paul also arranged to have the car dropped off to our door in less than a week.We would 100% recommend purchasing a car through Baden Powell and would definitely go back if we were to purchase another car in the future.

We just bought a Renault Zoe from Baden Powell Scunthorpe. We were a bit hesitant because we lived 6 hours away and we could not look at the car before purchasing it. We dealt with David Ward right from the start and he was absolutely fantastic. He provided all the information we needed and kept us updated all the way through the process. Best car sales person I have ever dealt with. Baden Powell also provided free delivery which is the best service ever. I had the choice of three separate vehicles that were all the exact same spec and similarly priced but I chose to go for the car from Baden & Powell and I hit the jackpot by choosing to do so as there service and professionalism from beginning to end was second to none! I had the pleasure of going through the process with a very polite and extremely helpful young gentleman named Tahseen.I later learned that I was his first client he sold a car too. Honestly based on how well he handled everything you could have sworn he’d been doing the job for at least 10/15 years! Tahseen kept me updated on progress every step of the way and did more than enough to ensure I was happy with the car and when it arrived it by far exceeded my expectations. It was perfect!I’m based in Scotland but I will most definitely be buying a car from here again. 10 out of 10 for Baden & Powell and 11 out of 10 for Tahseen:-D

From my initial enquiry to the after care, Baden Powell have been fantastic. I bought the car from practically the other end of the country and Paul Martin was engaged and patient, he answered all of my questions, put any concerns I may have had at ease and made everything as hassle free as he could. I spoke to a few members of the sales team and they were all extremely helpful. I absolutely love the car, it is exactly as pictured/described, I am very pleased I took the chance with the Baden Powell team and would highly recommend them.

Paul was great, from the first phone call to after sales he kept us up to date and was prompt with all queries. Delivery was slightly delayed but we were informed prior to him even setting off so no problem at all. Great communication which is so important.Happily recommend.

Very impressive service, as with other reviewers we were very apprehensive buying a car from over the phone and living 5hrs away!Firstly the video of our car was very good I watched it numerous times trying to spot any issues but nothing and the car matched the video when it arrived it was flawless .The team at Baden Powell were always extremely helpful and made the sale go without a hitch we dealt with David Ward mainly very professional and a good representation of the company.The car arrived on time and has not been a disappointment, we will certainly be looking in their direction next time we are looking to upgrade our car.
