Brilliant company to work with! We have used County Private Client Ltd for years. They are a family run business who treat landlords and tenants fairly. Our rents have always been paid on time and maintenance issues sorted swiftly and fairly by their in house maintenance team. Highly recommend them.

If I could I’ll give them 0 . They give my details without tell me anything to the councill to charge me a councill tax for a property I have never been. After a year talking with them send them emails they not do anything, they also no reply to the council,and the problem still. AVOID THEM completely rubbish.

We have been working with County Rents for nearly 2 years now and will continue to do so. We have over 20 properties with them and this is purely down to the excellent service which John Harding provides day in day out. He is a real asset to the company and an absolute pleasure to work with.

County Rents have managed my property for over 10 years and they have done a great job. The tenants they have placed in my property have kept the property in good condition. Our property manager Anand has always communicated well with us and has managed the property at a high standard. Im very pleased with county and have refferred a lot of my family and friends.

Absolutely shocking company. Feel as though i have to share this. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete state of disrepair. It was mouldy, freezer mouldy, fridge mouldy and washing machine too. We had no electricity in the flat and i was left to sort it out myself with no help at all. The Building is operated with key fobs that we do not have and have not had since we moved in. When we go out we have to call Random flats and hope that will be able to get in. The balcony door was completely off its hinges when we first moved in and once I complained it took them a whole week to even temporarily fix this. The door still hasn't been fixed it has just been put into place with no real idea of when it will be fixed. We recently come to a problem with the washing machine being mouldy inside and leaking from the filter. I have contacted them to help fix this problem as its leaking and making our clothes mouldy and i have been dismissed. They do not want to help and are poorly trained. Nobody gets back to you when they say they will and nothing ever seems to get properly fixed. When u call them they say they will deal with the problems but never get back to you at all. And when u call for an update the say they have no record of what youre talking about. They expect children to live in these disgusting conditions!

WARNING!!! Beware of this company!!!!! This is a fraudulent company who will take your money and have absolutely no desire to give you any ease with your property! They left us with no hot water for 3 months, no Electricity, unclean flat when we first moved in and are extremely rude and unresponsive! Our complaints fell on deaf ears and we had to bring in our own engineers to fix the problems!Their staff are untrained and extremely rude especially a person name so Harman who raised his voice and spoke extremely rudely to me when I phoned in question to the return of our deposit which was due 2months prior!We left the property which we had rented from them in pristine condition! Better than how they had originally given it to us.They were unresponsive to EVERY communication about returning our deposit and only when I threatened the manager, Romi, that I will be going to the deposit protection scheme, that they decided to return our deposit that same day!!! Almost 3 months after we had left the property!There was an overpayment of rent due back to us also, of approx £900 and again we had to chase them up every day only to be met with excuses that they are ‘sorting it out!l” Again after 3 months we received the payment but only half of the amount that owed to us! They have STOLEN the remaining over payment!!They had even gone so far as to email the local council tax department to tell them that we are still liable to pay council taxes even after the date we left! Which we have proof of! They have tried to scam us!They have been reported to Trading standards and they are currently under an investigation by the property ombudsman!!!!!They take advantage of vulnerable people and this company should not be trading!!! Any positive feedback on this review section are most definitely FAKE or made up by their fraudulent team!Please stay away from this company and ensure you rent from a legal and safe company who are registered with the authorities!

Professional company. My son and I have been dealing with County since 2018 and have not experienced any issues with either of our properties.
