I was recommended Garden Life by a family member who already had a large chicken coop/run. We had a specific issue over size of the run but when we contacted Garden Life they were able to make a bespoke sized run by cutting down the length before it arrived.Instructions were clear and precise.The run is exactly what we wanted and is strong, secure and robust. We chose the upgrade on the mesh which also adds to the robustness.We also had the canopy over the top of the run which is of good quality.Overall really satisfied

From the start I had a good feeling about this company, especially as it was British and family owned. I’ve had great communication with John and lots of helpful advice for what has been a mammoth project. The run is still to have the green tarpaulin put on in the mid section. We buried the mesh all the way round. This run has to be predator proof as recently a pine Martin killed 20 of my hens in 2 nights. We are very pleased with the quality, it’s super strong and well made. Thank you for a great service, saving up for the next one! Please note, the end door and concrete step is my husband’s build as we had to tweak the design.

I bought a 6m x 8 m . I ordered whilst the company was on its summer break, yet all the materials arrived within only a few days of their return. Very pleased with the quality of the materials. Very strong tubing and joints. Instructions are good, and I assembled it on my own, but the netting is a job that you need to take your time on. It took me the best part of 4 days to complete the run. I opted for the upgrade and I feel that the extra is money well spent. I would recommend this company and as my flock expands hope to buy another in the future.

We bought a 6m x 8m enclosure with 0.5" weldmesh for our Indian Runner ducks back in October 2022. We were so delighted (and relieved) that shortly afterwards we purchased another identical set-up for our chickens.It was easy enough to construct and provides a safe environment for the ducks and chickens against the predators we have here namely eagles and otters.We also enjoy the fact that visibility of the animals isn't impaired

4m X 3m run, 1 inch mesh with rain cover - We're delighted with our run. Our 4 hens are very at home, with plenty of room for their house and for exploring and foraging.The design is very well thought through, and the end result is a sturdy, attractive and non imposing enclosure. Allow yourself a weekend to build your run and it kept 3 of us busy! However, we would whole heartedly recommend this run and would definitely buy again for it's design, quality and excellent value for money.

Amazing quick service and delivery. We really are chuffed with our walk in chicken run for our rescue ex-caged hens! The Hen Trust volunteers when we showed them a picture of our hens run and set up were extremely impressed the day we picked our girls up. We were so pleased too that we upgraded to the fox proof wire. You also have the extra security of the overlap of wire that you tent peg to ground to prevent foxes digging under run. Thanks so much Garden Life I'm sure we will buy from you again

I purchased an 8m x 4m chicken run in July and the cage arrived very quickly. After days of fiddly frustration it was erected on the 1st of August. It does take much longer than you expect to erect. All was good to start with but already, 2 months later a lot of the weld is showing signs of rust and the wingnuts have rusted on. We wanted to move the run and although we tried lifting gently some of the main structure has sheared off and it's now in pieces. Very, very disappointed after the price I paid.

An excellent investment. Delivered promptly by very helpful couriers and with instant helpful backup from the supplier when requested. To my relief the instructions were brilliantly compiled in super clear, simple terms. The finished pen is absolutely as sturdy as advertised. It should indeed 'last many years'

Have had my chicken run at my allotment nearly a year now. I'm extremely happy with it. My husband managed to erect it himself with minimal help. It also stood up well to the recent storm (a lot of the things on the allotment site were trashed). I did use some extra really long and thick pegs when pegging it down as the site is fairly exposed and I don't live there). The quality and instructions are excellent, as is the customer service. Would definitely use again. Worth any extra in price for the quality as I think it will last a lot longer than a cheaper version. Thank you very much for the safe enclosed provided for my ladies.

Bought when company was away on holiday, but soon arrived. Minor part missing soon sent. Do not under estimate work to erect and finish off, but worth the work. Good standard and chickens love it. Instructions good put ends on first before roof is my advice. Also door stops put on after wire covering. We followed instructions but this would give better results.
