Called in this at 7.30 for a coffee & a bap all so ask for a ham salad sandwich was told it would take 10 minutes to make because they had to clean something down

Just bought two pasties from here, both obviously leftover from yesterday, cold yet burnt. If you're going to sell yesterday's fresh" products surely you should let the public know and possibly reduce the price"

Convenient location in centre of Cleck, food as you'd expect from a Greggs so no complaints there. A star knocked off based on last two visits as staff have got the order wrong twice (I don't think some staff members can hear order instructions through the COVID screens) and on the last occasion tried to pay with a gift card which got the staff member a bit flustered as she kept getting the card number wrong, so finished up not using the gift card but cash instead to keep the queue behind me from building up too much.

This is not a reflection of the staff. They r helpful and try there best. This review is aimed at management who refuse to put more staff in the shop. 20 mins I once waited in line as only 1 lady was available to serve. And this is no good for a 30 minute break at work. It's not good enough for a fast food bakery. So get it hands in ur pockets and get some more staff. Or i won't be goin back. And I will also advise every1 I know to avoid aswell. The waiting times r a joke
