Any questions I've had, were answered immediately & renting my property with them has been stress-free & the process completed quicker than expected.

I cannot recommend Wilsonwood highly enough. We are renting a property from them and they did everything they could to move us in right before Christmas. Their customer service is excellent and made moving so much easier.

Awful service. I’m new in London, came here with a stable job for a company I’ve been working for the last 5 years. I found a flat to rent with them, and when I put my offer and was accepted they didn’t tell me the property was given to another candidate until 3 days before the move!! I tried to reach out to them several times and didn’t hear back until the last very moment. Of course they rushed me to transfer a deposit and give them all my personal details but not to tell me the flat wasn’t for me or even there were more candidates, they indeed told me there were not! Awful, I can’t believe I was so naive to trust them, they were not even nice on the phone or responsive to my emails. Now I have to figure it out what to do in 3 days.

Wilson Wood not only sold our property on the first viewing!!! But they were also great with marketing the property and actually took the time to ensure the photos looked amazing! (Thanks Darren). They also have a very professional and efficient sales team who progressed the sale and purchase through so quickly. We had George dealing with our sale and purchase, he was extremely helpful and he regularly provided us with updates and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions. Thanks to all at Wilson Wood and I will be sure to recommend you to family and friends looking to make the move.
