I’ve dealt with Gordon’s on two occasions now and the service I’ve received has been amazing. Saeed and Ruth have truly gone above and beyond when dealing with my case and I am extremely grateful for all their hard work and answering my daily calls. Ive recommended them to everyone that will listen and would not consider using another solicitors when dealing with a house sale/purchase. Thank you

We used Gordon’s to buy our first house. Let me tell you this, they were amazing! You normally hear horror stories of how rubbish property solicitors are and how they delay the purchase. Not Gordon’s! Honestly Danyal and Ingrid were just phenomenal. Such wonderful people to work with. There was never an inconvenient time, and never a stupid question! The matter was done so quickly and efficiently that I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much! In the future I will most definitely be back!

Amazing service throughout from Saeed & Ruth. We went through a Sale and a Purchase transaction and it was really stressful due to it taking a long time. However Saeed & Ruth provided exceptional service and were always there to help throughout. Highly recommend Gordons and a huge thanks and appreciation to Saeed & Ruth they were absolutely phenomenal throughout and can’t thank them enough for their service on both transactions. I have just sold my house with Gordon’s and can not recommend Leanne and Justene enough. Leanne kept me updated throughout the whole transaction without me needing to chase . They were very efficient and the process would have taken 6 weeks if it wasn’t for our Help to Buy paperwork holding it up. Will definitely use them again when we buy our next house.

I got in touch with Gordon's following a recommendation from my friend but ultimately chose them as they were quick in getting back to me during the quotation stage.It was a long 8 month slog but my Conveyancer Saeed kept me upbeat and relaxed throughout the rollercoaster transaction. He was prompt in picking up and returning my phone calls, and replying to all my many emails.He was great at keeping me updated throughout, especially towards the end when it was touch and go. He was friendly and great to deal with, whilst remaining professional at the same time. I really enjoyed working with Saeed and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was really impressed with Deborah & Sophie's work on my property purchase. They were thorough, helpful and when my documents hadn't arrived worked overtime to make sure we could still hit my deadlines - really grateful for their help to make my purchase smooth.

Terrible experience with Gordons while trying to purchase a house in summer 2022. They do not answer questions when asked, just repeat a statement which most often isn't related to what you have asked. They are also incredibly rude and confrontational on the phone when I phoned asking for help understanding a tricky situation with regard to boundaries. Please avoid - they massively increased the stress in an already tricky purchase which ended up falling through. This was not because of Gordons, however the situation would have been clearer 2 months prior if they had been clear and had a small amount of customer focussed delivery.

After a stressful few months purchasing & moving in to my new home its time to reflect on the service I received from Gordon’s. I had a VERY LUCKY escape from these cowboys. If I had continued to use them, it would have taken another 6 months to complete the purchase of my new home.These guys really do think they are something special, poor communication, rude, arrogant and all round disgusting attitudes from “Ms Freear” & “Mr S Akhtar”. These two think they are God’s gift; I have never ever met such rude arrogant individuals in my life before. Always responding late to emails, terrible, slow and prolonging, read all the other reviews and think twice before using them. AVOID

Simple RemortgageWe engaged Gordons LLP for a remortgage, and unfortunately, was dissatisfied with the overall experience. The firm consistently displayed a lack of attention to detail in both emails, conveying information accurately and requesting paperwork they either already had or didn't need.This not only caused inconvenience but also required pointless effort and phone calls from us to our Mortgage advisor and mortgage lender. This led to further frustrations and wasted time.The level of service provided by Gordons LLP fell significantly short in relation to the cost. Rather than making the process smoother and more efficient, their inefficiency and lack of attention to detail created unnecessary hassle.Ultimately, we stuck with it as it was too late to find someone else, luckily it was fine in the end but not worth the initial stress.

Disgusting behaviour from this company. All they care about is fees and their own self interest. Do not care about people, clients or their employees. Richard Cressall in particular is an incredibly difficult individual to work with, absolutely no empathy for any situation, just greed and unreasonable requests for funds. I would stay well away from Gordons LLP. They will bill you stupid amounts of money for nothing and couldn't care less the impact it had on your life.
