Paid for a care plan with 2 months up front asoon as left the shop they cancelled it, went back in and expected me to pay 2 months again, staff are very rude, also paid to take my other dog there twice for a skin condition gave me the wrong antibiotics 3 times and had to pay every time, this vets are awful and wouldn't recommend anyone using these!

It was once good, now it's full of rude idiots.Thank God we changed to a different and nicer vet surgery, so these rude beasts don't get any more money off us!

The vet made a thorough examination of our dog and we discussed options due to the severity of his issues and his age.This appointment was by way of a second opinion as the vets we had been using didn't seem to be able to find our dogs problems (Prescribed 2 types of oral medication despite being told that he wasn't eating at all)As a result we will use vets 4 pets in future.

The service here is by far the best I've had at any vets. The staff are so lovely and really make us feel welcome. Our cats get a 5 star service every time.

Huge thanks to the amazing Adina and Team at Vets for Pets. They treated Merlin, my parents dog, so well. They went above and beyond and cared for him with kindness and compassion right till the end. My parents and I are very grateful.

Lady on reception needs a five star how ever I took my hamster to the vets we got told she was going to be put on antibiotics for a 1 week once a day, but my mom had to ask three times what was wrong with her before he said. Appointment was at 5.30 was seen at 5.45 but staff on Reception and till staff at pets at home was giving onyx plenty off fuss.

The reception team were amazing, before we got our puppy they were super helpful and informative about what to do and great tips before we got her. On the day they were brilliant, friendly and so lovely to both me and our puppy. The vet was very good too and we will be using you as our go to vet for the foreseeable future.

Receptionist so friendly and very helpful. Also good at their job. The nurse so good too. Overall a great vets and definitely have care plan as it's a bonus when you need it.

The whole team at vets4pets burton are amazing. My dog got attacked by a couple of dogs Saturday. We rushed him down and they got us straight in with the vet. He gave pain relief straight away to help my baby. Unfortunately my baby needed to go to the vet hospital for treatment but your staff rang them and made sure they knew he was on the way. In the panic I forgot to pay and they trusted that I would pay at a later time. They really understood that getting my baby to the hospital was all that was on my mind. When we got my baby from the hospital he needed meds. I rang and they got us in in an hour. They had eagerly been waiting to see for themselves that he was ok. The care and compassion they showed made me feel like my little fur baby was there's it was lovely and so comforting. When the appointment was done and time to pay they gave a gentle reminder about Saturdays payment and said they left it as they understood that I was to distraught at the time. They honestly are an amazing team and I don't know where I would've been without them.

I think the prices are a bit big because every pet owner is trying they're best to make sure they're pet is healthy. I'm happy with my visit and experience ant the doctor was really nice
