Top chippy, 1st time using after searching Google for local fish and chips, it had a great rating and definitely well deserved, I only got regular/medium fish and chips with a side for less than £10...I left nothing although I was full well before I finished..it was to good to throw

In just passing stop here for the first time, only purchased a mini cod and chips with curry sauce! By far the best I've had in a long time. Will be going back very soon

I ordered for fish and chips both large. The fish is too oily and no vinegar as I requested, the chips was not crispy like freshly made chips, look like it was fried again. I won’t be ordering there again as this is my first time and I am beyond disappointed.

Absolutely amazing food!! I have been debating if I should try these guys today as I see a 1* review, but after ignoring that review I went and tried it for myself and I think it’s safe to say that the delusional person who wrote that 1* review is either trying to slander this hard working business or he has no taste buds as I can safely say that the food was cooked perfectly and had no issues whatsoever, both gentleman behind the counter also both very helpful and polite. THANK YOU LUV COD I shall be returning again very soon!!

Very disappointed, first time I ordered fish and chips were lovely,the next time I put an order in food was terrible,,fish was over fried and very dry, the battered sausage looked like it had been fried several times and the savaloy was grey not thee pink it should be, I think it was a halal savaloy... I put a review on just eat and luv cod had replied saying they tried to phone me but that was a lie, they never phoned me... Total waste of £16

Chips was a bit scrapy, but overall was good. Definitely get your money's worth. £10 for a large piece of fish, think it was the whole fish I got. Will be going back.

I had the pleasure of visiting Luv Cod last week, the portion sizes are great, the fish not greasey and the curry sauce was to die for.I cannot wait to be back and will be soon.
