Ryan is a great peronal trainer and I have no hesitation in recommending him if you're serious about losing weight and /or gaining muscle and reshaping your physique.I have been training with Ryan for 3 months now and have hit all my targets and more - losing nearly 1kg per week of body fat and getting intomy old 'skinny' clothes that I had begun to suspect would never see the light of day again.Ryan is very knowledgable about training, physiology, diet and nutrition. He takes special care to ensure that you exercise safely with good technique to maximise your results, and he brings all his knowledge and expertise together to design a comprehensive programme tailored to your personal goals. Ryan is also a great guy to spend time with while you're working out. He's very personable and really good at helping to motivate you to push yourself just that little bit further.

I knew I needed to do something about my weight and wanted to improve my fitness. I'd tried SW on/off for years but felt I needed more this time to try and keep the weight off. I saw Ryan's ad on FB for the 12 week plan which sounded like a good length of time to try something new. Well all I can say is I am so please I did, it was quite a lot to take in at the start but once Ryan explained the programme introduces things at a steady pace I relaxed into it and trusted him. I looked forward to the daily emails of support, advice and positive reinforcement which came in lots of ways. The workouts start simple and there's no expectation of fitness levels as I was feeling immobile from my weight, once I started seeing the weight fall off me I was hooked! Ryan is accessible for advice and help, the weekly group calls are great and you always feel positive and determined after them. The FB group is brill too as everyone is helping each other to achieve the same goal and they totally get it when you're having a wobble or always have a supportive message when needed! I've just signed up to the continuation programme as cannot continue this fantastic journey with out it! For context I'm 47, thought it was going to be all down hill now I was getting older but I'm 3 stone lighter in 3 month and have a new life ahead of me!!! Thank you Ryan.

From the beginning, Ryan spent lots of time to understand not only my objectives but my lifestyle so to pinpoint the steps to make a difference quickly...and the results were impressive! Besides, Ryan knows exactly how to translate" the technical terms of nutrition into simple bites everybody can understand! After moving to Brighton in the summer and enjoying myself a little too much , I found I had put on some weight that I wanted to shift.I researched trainers in the area and Ryan seemed like the obvious choice. His testimonials were impressive but after speaking on the phone and having an initial meeting I felt relaxed and confident Ryan could help me achieve my goals.I started training once a week week and then increased to twice a week.Ryan is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of training, nutrition and muscle activation therapy.... training has left me feeling confident of using free weights and machines, and I now know how to work out safely and to maximum effect.The sessions are always challenging but leave me feeling with a great post training high.If you are committed and follow the programme Ryan sets for you, you will lose weight and gain muscle mass. I’ll be continuing to train with Ryan and look forward to my next goal being achieved.

I signed up to the 90 day Online Coaching Program to lose the weight I had put on due to the combination of pregnancy and lockdown, and get some fitness back after many months with very little or no exercise.Now, 3 months later and 10 kg lighter, I feel much better with myself and back in control of my life. The program is well structured, easy to follow, and mainly focused on gradual lifestyle changes that will become part of your daily routine. The workouts are fully online and take only about 30 mins, so it is very easy to incorporate them even in the busiest schedule.Ryan is really amazing, I cannot recommend him enough!My weight-loss journey is not finished yet, but I am now confident I will get there soon! :)

WOW what a program. Ryan is passionate and dedicated to ensure everyone succeeds on their journey. He is knowledgeable and encouraging and always there for advice and guidance. His bite sized" tips every week are not overwhelming but manageable and make complete sense. Works out become increasingly difficult and are "not easy" but with perseverance

Ryan is an amazing Personal Trainer. I've been training with him for almost 2 years now and completely changed my life. When I started two years ago, quite scared and not knowing what to expect, Ryan guided me and explain me everything not only about a gym and exercises but also about nutrition.My goals were to lose some weight, stop smoking and overall to create better habits. In 5 months, I've managed to quit smoking (which I've been doing for so many years) and I was now not scared to put that weight because of it. Ryan guided me and thought me healthier habitats, he made me enjoy cooking and love to cook healthy food and learn how to like my body. In the end, I've lost around 7 kgs, stoped smoking, developed healthy habits and an incredible urge to keep exercising and keep fit. The most important is that I feel comfortable with my body.It does seem insane and I would had never expect that Ryan would do any of this when I first started with him. The truth is that he is amazing, he tailors everything to your needs, taks time understanding you and what works best for you. Which exercise you need, how will the diet adapt to your life and how to deal with you when you keep moaning or you are upset during the sessions.Moreover, we were together for one year at the gym, which was great. But even more life changing is that, since the pandemic, we have been still keeping our sessions one a week through Skype and is still amazing, if not better. I was not a massive gym fan, and being able to keep exercising and evolving in my training from home with Ryan it's amazing.I highly recommend Ryan's services!!
