Excellent service to most stops and piers between here and Embankment, but the RB1 service only runs to here in the mornings and evenings as there's not much demand outside of those times.The pier is clean and pretty and there's good shelter to wait in while the clippers turn and moor before boarding.

Boats every 20 minutes, this barking river side is open recently, also it’s at no where near barking city, you have to take overground to barking city Centre. It’s like a dessert here absolutely nothing other than the pier!

Very little information on the website, would have been very helpful to know that between 11am and 5pm in the week, there is NO ACCESS to the pier or any boats. We arrived at 2pm and were stranded as there is nothing around, no shops no bars and no restaurants.No car parking facilities either. The Uber boat however, when we did finally get on one, was wonderful, very quick and clean.

The pier new and clearly well thought out then some of the older more central piers. Nicely signed. The only down side is the inconsistency of the service. Regularly boats are cancelled or crazy delays. Just go look at the twitter feed to see the frequency of issues.

Really good experience, very clean vessels.Friendly staffCafe on board, which for hot drinks proved to be good value for money.See parts of London that are normally hidden.This will definitely be a regular thing
