Just back from Tui in Waltham Cross after booking a long haul holiday for a special occasion. Our agent, Ashley, was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and took me through all of the options available whilst highlighting the pros and cons of each hotel, location and resort. After making my choice, Ashley even looked into alternative flights which resulted in a significant saving.All in all, a great experience, made even better by pleasant surroundings, very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices.Thank you Ashley, I'll send you a postcard from the Seychelles!

I booked a holiday with TUI through Martine at Waltham Cross branch and she honestly was amazing. Super helpful and went above and beyond to help me book a suprise trip for my partners birthday. I have planned many holidays before with various travel agents and I must say that Ashley at Tui Waltham Cross is truly the best! We have been using her for over 10 years now. Her attention to detail in our holidays is second to none. She has even booked our wedding in Cyprus which was amazing and still the most talked about day to everyone who came. Group bookings, no stress for Ashley as she has booked multiple holidays now for our family of 25+. If there is any issues, she deals with them straight away. We are about to go to Mexico at the end of December and again Ashley has researched this holiday for us, for all our needs and we can't wait as a family to get away for some winter sun! Hi LIsa, thank you so much for your help on Saturday with booking our large family reunion in Jamaica. Trying to book on line for a large group is near impossible. I know that most companies want us to go online but this does not work for everyone. I haven’t been to a travel agents in years and so glad I did Charlotte was a great help and very accommodating. We was not to sure what we wanted and was great exploring different options that fitted in what we was looking for. Thank you! I look forward not only to this holiday but many more to come. Going in store on the high street rather online made things a lot easier. Would definitely recommend!

Just booked our first cruise, went into store as I had lots of questions. They were all really helpful and have answered many questions. In store they matched the website price so didn't cost us any extra. Definitely recommend booking in store and since booking I've had a few questions and help with excursions with just a quick phone call, no long wait on hold to speak to someone. Will definitely book more holidays in store
