Milford Haven Leisure Centre
My granddaughter has had swimming lessons here for nearly a year, from being afraid of water over her head she now is already about to finish wave 3. She is swimming like a fish it's brilliant to see. The staff are very helpful and experienced she really looks forward to going to her lessons.

The pool was disgusting. Was under water and saw 2 spiders at the bottom of the pool. Also stuff floating around at the surface and some sort of gritty sand and the bottom of the pool. It needs to be cleaned ASAP. Changing rooms could be a little more cleaner. I really hope this gets sorted. It is disgusting

Milford Haven Leisure Centre
Not the largest leisure centre in the county but certainly one of the best. Good swimming lessons, and constant development going on. Gym has recently been redone, in the last few years it’s been totally redeveloped. It hosts kids rough ‘n’ tumble parties and is a good place to socialise and keep fit and active.

Reception staff are all friendly and helpful with a lovely personal manner.Ceri is a great instructor for Pilates and Circuits (had NHS referral), so helpful and reassuring and cheerfully kind.

I had a lovely hour at Milford Leisure Centre for a ruff & tumble for my Grandson's 3rd Birthday. Ideal place for 3 year old Birthday party with plenty of chairs and tables to set party stuff out on.
