First time Toolstation customer, ordered online and got free delivery, arrived when it should've, well packaged.Product didn't do the job I thought it would so I ended up returning it with no problems what so ever - even with the original packing damaged, which I've experienced competitors refuse returns for in the past.Will definitely be a returning Toolstation customer.

Went into Tool Station looking for a special kind of bulb and Roslyn was ever so helpful. She took the old bulb and matched it up. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend ToolStation Glenrothes.

Battery died on my car key fob, I needed a micro screwdriver. I visited the store and the manager fixed my problem there and then, a very helpful and knowledgeable guy, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but a very big thank you.

I was delighted to see this new branch open in Glenrothes. I use Click & Collect regularly at Toolstation and the new branch is closer. The parking is great and the staff are exceptional.The only trick i would say the company missed out was to notify their existing customer base in the Glenrothes area of the new branch opening, Because if I didn't drive down that road regularly, I wouldn't know it is there!

Great to see a Toolstation branch in Glenrothes, have used click and collect twice now and found the staff to be very welcoming and polite when collecting. I will certainly be back. Great quality products very competitive prices.
