Been shopping in this store ever since it opened, year's ago. Helpful staff. Store is always clean, tidy and well stocked. Lot's of affordable Christmas gifts. Great shop.

Great just don’t have much petite clothing. What I tried on (petite black jeggings) they were still too long and were ridiculously loose in the calves. Ended up going to Matalan which had a better petite range and is cheaper.

I have mixed feelings about this shop but they are all good. I love most of the clothes but there are somethings that can look great online but really cheap and nasty in the shop. The staff are really pleasant and helpful and some will go that extra mile to get customer satisfaction. I would recommend it but I know it's not everybody's cup of tea. It's really worth going in the shop to see and feel things even if you are going to buy online so as to avoid any disappointment.

Came to return some online orders. Staff member behind till asked if can go downstairs to do it manually. I said im ok she pulled a face and sternly said again returns to be processed downstairs. Very rude attitude. Was going to give her a lesson in customer service but left it.Learn some manners and talk with some respect

This shop offers an amazing selection of clothes and the staff is helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Don't like the place the only seem to stock clothes for slim people. My wife bought a few things spent around £80 three of the items we're labelled her size but they did not fit. She bought similar items at George that fit fine. I find the glamorous staff unapproachable.Sorry that's how I feel money is tight.
