Excellent service, had some big issues getting hold of an emergency prescription from several pharmacies, even had a stand up argument with a complete throbber of a chemist in boots because he was so incompetent and could not find the emergency prescription on the system.So popped around corner into Dalston pharmacy and spoke with a lovely Asian chap who was superb. He fully understood the medical conditions and why being without this medication could easily develop into an emergency.

Very rude staff, after asking for what I needed staff member started talking to lady behind me. Not a thank you, there you go or nothing. And they say the youth of todays are rude !!

There advertised opening time is 8.30I went in at 8.30 yesterday to pick up my asthma medication on the way to work, was told the pharmacist would be there any minute and I would have to wait.After I paid for my medication, I was then told the pharmacist would be 10 minutes, so I had no choice but to leave as that would have made me late for work.Went back the next morning at 8.30 hoping to pick up my medication and they were not even open.Still don't have my asthma medication even though they took my money.

Lovely staff ,and very helpful. Sad tho they work so hard but some peope are not nice if there prescription isn't ready.."You do a great job"well done
