Malcolm (Tile Doctor) has done an amazing job on our Victorian tiles. Previous workmen had left them in a sad state, Malcolm has worked a miracle and restored them to their original glory. He was professional and kept us informed throughout the process could not recommend him high enough.

Malcolm and Sharon spent three days working on our floors cleaning and resealing the flagstones and terracota tiles. They were extremely thorough and the results are fabulous. The work has brought out the colours in the tiles. Our floor looks amazing and we would definitely recommend them

Our 2 year old light grey porcelain tiled floor had always looked a bit grubby even after regular cleaning. It has a surface finish of very small dimples and it seemed to hold the dirt. I tried various ways of cleaning tiny test patches and although it did make a difference it was obvious that there was no way I could put in that amount of effort over the whole floor. Malcolm came for a recce the next day and decided that much of the problem was 'grout haze' as well as ingrained dirt not adequately cleaned by the builders.Malcolm and Sharon returned a short while later and spent the best part of the day working tirelessly to bring it to a great finish. Thank you both.

Malcolm was super helpful from the very beginning. He responded to my request the same day and then visited the house the following day to check the type of tile we had as I was unsure. Many months passed before I finally was able to commit and nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm, even agreeing to do the work over a weekend whilst we were away. Malcolm and his wife did an amazing job and really transformed what I thought would be limestones tiles that would need replacing! He even cleaned the slate on our kitchen island without being asked and then sealed it for us upon our request. Top service- thanks so much!

Malcolm and Sharon have just done an excellent job in cleaning and sealing the natural stone and tiled floors in our farmhouse. They turned up just when they said they would, carefully explained what they were doing, protected decorations, and worked amazingly hard to deliver a very good job. Malcolm and Sharon did a brilliant job on our limestone kitchen floor. It had fifteen years of being unsealed and was really looking the worse for wear. It has come up like new and looks fabulous. Malcolm sealed it and gave me lots of advice on looking after it in the future. Very knowledgeable, friendly and great service.

Malcolm and Sharon cleaned and polished our kitchen floor a few years back and did a fantastic job. I arranged for them to come out again recently as some areas were getting a bit dull, the grout was starting to look a bit grubby and we had some areas where the seal had come off. Nothing to do with the work that they did previously but just due to poor maintenance on my part and some citric acid solution being spilled on the floor.Once again they did a amazing job and it looks like new.Brilliant service.
