I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Danny for his patience, care and thoughtfulness throughout the process of my elderly parent's recent purchase of a Yaris. Not only did he manage to track down a car to suit their requirements, he brought it to their home to view and test drive. Danny went above and beyond and was friendly and professional. I cannot recommend him enough, he is a real asset to Lindop Wrexham.

The person I talked to made me feel that why did I come here, you have a new car so what do you want!! She was just rude. Later, when the mechanic took the car for inspection, he didn't put anything on the seat, he just got in in his dirty pants and drove away!! It was the first time I encountered such service. In other services, when the mechanic gets into your car, he protects the steering wheel and seat so as not to get it dirty.The staff is always smiling, nice and always willing to help. It's a pity that's not the case here.

Bought a Toyota Yaris on 11/10/2023. Stuart was professional, and went above and beyond in his care and helpfulness.Gavin went over changes in specification from old car, he was helpful and stated he was available for any further queries.Cat who does car handover was efficient and helpful.I would recommend Lindops to anyone seeking a change of car.

As you would expect. Very clean and tidy, very professional but not very genuine service. Lovely waiting room and free coffee etc. But it all comes at a price. Cost of work is about a third more expensive than a local garage. It's a nice luxury if you can afford it. I can't anymore.

Back in 2021 i went to look at a toyota corolla excel touring sport registration: CX20 MKK. Firstly the issue began with when i first looked at buying the car there was a rubber mat in the boot of the vehicle. Once I decided to buy the car, the rubber mat was gone. Along with that, instead of a spare tyre and jack, there was a tyre inflation kit. Shortly after when i went for my first MOT in 2023 toyota tried to charge me for the mot even when I was paying for a service plan which includes a free MOT. And finally, I requested an appointment to change my back two tyres with very specific tyres that i requested, after three weeks of waiting for my weekend appointment, to my surprise the tyres that were fitted were wrong. The employee i spoke to was very unapologetic and unprofessional about this and said “if you dont like them we’ll just put the old tyres on”. This was my last straw, spent close to 2 hours along with the money to travel all to get the wrong tires and a horrible experience.Update: Still yet to be contacted, horrible service. Wont be coming here again
