Absolutely shocking!Have gone thru 3x 220i generators in 18months!When sending back for inspection they do not provide a loan or replacement to use while inspection is taking place…10-14days.2nd generator was not even 2wks old & stopped pushing out power, would not replace until it had been inspected so I contacted CEO who agreed for replacement to be given. Replacement also started to go into overload without any load connected to it & now won’t even start! I will be returning it for full refund but again have to wait for the refund until it-is inspected, all these times I have had to close my business & loose money.First generator was by now 6months out of warranty so I would need to pay for any repairs(altho it was also repaired within the warranty period). I was contacted with price to repair & it was going to cost more to repair than to buy a brand new one with warranty!Technical team contacted me to go thru everything that was connected to the geni, to confirm it should run a low powered LED light & fridge with not a problem.I will now have to also wait for a refund until it is sent from Cardiff branch to the service department for it to be booked in & then refunded.Company is quick enough to take the money but not so quick to replace or refund.I will not be using Machine Mart again that’s for sure.

Nice course carried out with great staff. The lady in the office was so attentive I would have liked to take her home with me! Great course and instructors made the course enjoyable and worthwhile

Been a few times now and staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I have popped in store. Recommended and will no doubt be back again.

Very helpful. No problem replacing an item ordered online that had a faulty wire. Customer services checked the local store, arranged for the replacementitem to be held, and the staff there sorted out all the exchange seamlessly.

Would not ever buy there products promised a quality of service which didn't happen took goods back to store promist my direct debit Would be cancelled over a year later found I am still paying for goods no products returned to myself no contact to say about the goods try to contact the finance company no answer for over 30 minutes being on hold seriously Would not recommend

Excellent service the shop was well stocked. Unfortunately very limited parking however not a lot the shop can do about that. Will use a lot more as the prices were very competitive with other suppliers

I purchased an 150l air compressor to do Small jobs I used it 4 times to rub a few panels on my motorcycle, the compressor started to shoot oil from the filler plug, I phoned machine Mart up they wasn't interested, they told me to phone customer service, then I had to phone another person who said it was probably the rings and it was going to cost £24 just to look then more to do the job.... I think it's disgusting to use any item 4 times then to be fob off like that... Never would I use them again
