Enjoyed a quick drink here while out shopping, staff are friendly. Only thing to let it down as that I think it do do with a refurbish as everything is started to look a bit shabby. Shame they don't do a reward card like Costa.

Meg & Dorothy were super helpful today. We came in for my son's birthday, as he requested a special drink. These ladies did not disappoint and made his day, making him a sweet hot drink with cream and sprinkles!The staff were polite and friendly and didn't rush me along even though they were busy.Thank you, ladies5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered the Christmas drink which is very nice.The only downside is staff should monitor the table and chairs to look tidy and clean. I'm Observing people thinking where we gonna seat. Cups left in the table and needs wipe for next costumer....

It’s very dirty. The dirties Starbucks I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in many worldwide. They also won’t answer the phone. We’ve lost a phone and it’s possible there. We are in another town and they won’t answer the phone to see if it’s there.

Plenty of space to enjoy my White chocolate mocha and four cheese toastie!! Great barista,coffee presented excellently and toastie was delicious!! Very nice,friendly staff and quick service!! Coffee was hot also,some other places have been to it was only warm!! Thank you!!

Dirtiest unclean cafe I've ever been in. Seats badly stained and tables left with dishes still on tables. None of the staff bothered to clear or wipe down tables and make it more presentable. Won't be in a hurry to return. Cafe not that busy but all the tables to the front were left in a mess.

Everything is amazing, service is fast, there's lots of space to sit and drink/eat. Very nice staff and very helpful
