Absolutely disgusted at how I've been treated 3 times been told I've picked up my medication but I haven't even had them also had to wait over an 1 hour 30 minutes to be told I've already picked them up don't know how when I have really bad mental health and only go out very often. They even shouted at me saying I had the medication ages ago but I hadn't. Even rang in to see if my medication is in to be picked up and they say its going to be 2/3 days then ring the doctors to be told they are already sent over the staff are rude and disrespectful to younger people and don't communicate properly with you or the colleagues around them.

My doctors have said you have to request monthly medication directly from the chemist. But they rarely answer the phone, it’s ridiculous.

May be some long waiting times when going to the walk in centre. It does get busy but, they are helpful and the staff are attentive and will help if they can. Plenty of parking to the side of the phoenix and also around the corner because again, it does get busy

In spite of the many negative reviews that I have read, I really value the service that this pharmacy provides and which I have recently received. It has extended opening hours 7 days a week, even on Sundays, and it is very well stocked. It is often busy because it is attached to a walk-in medical centre, so you may have to wait a while for your item to be dispensed. Also, at busy times the car park can be quite full. However, I must praise the fact that this pharmacy will most likely be open at times when your local pharmacy is closed.Additionally, I was recently impressed when all other local pharmacies were out of stock if a specific item that I urgently needed on prescription, and this pharmacy was the only one that had it in stock!Thank you, well done, and keep up the good work!

The service they provide is a complete joke, borderline non existing. You ring for a enquiry about is your item ready, to be told they haven't received from the doctors. Yet when ringing the doctors to see why, it has gone over to them. The pharmacist when asked again was completely rude and unhelpful. This happens regularly, I've since moved to a better service provider.

Over the phone great...face to face typical ethnic bias and attitude towards people and a feeling that their 'better than' sick ppl using their services.

Everytime I go there, the staff are always talking about people. They are not professional in what they talk about infront of customers, they are rude and dismissive. They all definitely need a course on customer service and what it looks like. They don't seem happy and fed up. Just be careful when you do go in. the staff are always changing. However the phoniex walk in staff are lovely! Always welcoming and smiling. Just ashame they have phoniex pharmacy staff to put them down.

Probably the worst Pharmacy I have ever been into. Not only do the staff have no care in the world for the sick patients that are in front of them, they parade around on their mobile phones and stand around having idle chit chat. On top of this they have no understanding of confidentiality, openly and loudly discussing patient requirements, medication and funding for medication. NHS leadership need to do a massive overall on this branch. I'd suggest going in incognito initially so they can see where the issues lay. This will no longer be my nominated pharmacy outlet. If you are strong enough for a 5-10min walk I'd suggest walking down to the Dudley road.

Despite the negative reviews left on this page, I experienced a top quality service today. I had been referred by 111, who suggested I speak to the pharmacist gor advice. He examined me promptly, and suggested I would better be seen by a doctor next door at the Phoenix centre. However, the part diagnosis the pharmacist suggested was spot on. He was thorough, compassionate, and very professional. (Visit 1100hrs on a Sunday)Thank you for your kindness.
