IMO Car Wash

Have used this wash a few times as it is handily placed for me. But there is one consistent problem with this wash and it is always the attendant service. If you pay for any wash it seems you get exactly the same amount of time spent on the pre wash. This is always the same. A very quick spray of wheel cleaner and 2 second blast with the jet wash ( quite often no jet wash at all). They never pre wash the windscreen and then they send you through. Usually they brush the back as you enter the wash, but again very minimally.This always results in the same outcome. Wheels are still dirty and the bodywork is mostly clean due to the excellent machine wash except for the back where there is always dirt around the number plate and corners where the boot meets the bumper.This means that now if I use this wash I just get the cheapest wash because there is absolutely no point in paying extra.The machinery is excellent but the staff are awful and mostly very blunt with you almost to the point of rudeness.

The finished job is alright but alloys did get scratched and don't really see the difference from doing a detail yourself at home. Wax job is alright but has nothing on a turtle wax, alloys despite being scratched by the car wash didn't turn up that clean.It's honestly alright to save time but see very little appeal over a hose and bucket method

The staff are fantastic - very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job of cleaning my car, it has never been so clean!

Sometimes a little lazy, had to clean off dirt after the wash as the man didn’t clean my wheels or brush down the back.. chose ultra HD that gives a brilliant sheen but attracts lots of flies

We used this service to wash my car using the automated service. The staff were so helpful and polite. It was a fantastic clean and so much better than using the automated one at Tesco which damaged my car 10 out of 10.

Normally much better but watched the two cars in front... same treatment. Despite me using their 2nd top service (£11) the car was simply pre-jet washed with no sprays or foam or brush, left dirty and the finishing wipe dragged dirty water all over the paintwork. Covered in dried on dirt. Total waste of time and money.Use the one at ASDA instead.
