Fantastic yoga class - I feel like I have had a shower from the inside out. Lucy is so knowledgeable and able to adapt every pose for all abilities. She is truly inspiring.

Great knowledgeable senior Iyengar teacher, we are lucky to have Lucy here in Cornwall. Go to her classes if you are local or visiting she & her students are sure to make you feel welcome.
