Absolutely 5star service after having my timing chain changed last year my seat Ibiza still had the same dreaded rattle till today! Vgs where recommended to me after taking my car to them on Monday they diagnosed my rattle problem and found my water pump was also faulty I picked my car up today it’s like a new car safe to say no more rattles .so well done to all the team from start to finish it was a top notch service be back in the future.

Great service from the VGS team. I needed to have my fuel flap actuator replaced and glow plugs changed on my Golf. VGS supplied the OEM part and fitted the actuator and plugs. Dell, the front of house Service Adviser was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions about the repair to my vehicle as well as some advice I sought from him on potential VW vehicles I’m looking to acquire. I’ll definitely be using VGS for any upcoming work I may need given the great service, affordable labour rates and convenience of having them secure the correct OEM parts from the manufacturer.

Awesome team of ex-Volkswagen Audi Group technicians lead by Lee.I have been here many times and always been impressed.The last visit was no exception.VGS fitted me in within a couple of days, we’re happy to fit parts that I supplied, were able to provide me with a loan car (even though I only asked on arrival to drop my car off!!) and they had finished the job (replacing front discs & pads) in around an hour!I highly recommend these guys!

Brought my car here for an MOT after it had been failed by my local garage due to brake issues and was told I needed new brake discs and pads. Luckily I brought it to VGS and I cannot thank Lee, Dell and the team enough for the service they offered me. They unblocked my front washer pipe which was the reason for the failed MOT and told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. So refreshing to deal with honest and friendly faces, thank you so much you have a loyal customer for life!
