Edinburgh Mail Centre

I really disappointed in the RoyalMail, they somehow managed to lost my international parcel in this Mail Centre and there is no way to reach anyone about it. How on earth is it even possible ?

Item sent to me on the 20th of October by special delivery to arrive by 1 p.m. the next day. Tracking, 16 days post-delivery, shows it is still sitting at the Edinburgh mail centre. Would have arrived much faster by coach and horses or any other delivery service. Put plainly this is simply abysmal customer service. It seems that the item has been stolen. For your own sake do not trust any valuables sent by the Royal Mail. No communication or resolution even attempted.(Tracking number NE871330510GB). Avoid like the plague.

Parcel dalay, stuck in Edinburgh mail center. so i call to reception. I get information it's Reception and they not have customer service, I been infor that I should use RM customer help line. GOOD JOB RM.

Received Royal Mail email to say my delivery (24hr tracked) would arrive on Saturday 18 November. Parcel did not come. Tracking information shows that parcel arrived at Edinburgh MC at 00.22 on 18 November. No further update. Have had to ask supplier to follow this up and send a replacement. Where did this package go?

They have had a delivery since 14th March. A return for ebay and of course ebay won't refund me till they receive the parcel back and it's somewhere in Edinburgh MC!! Fuming

Was messaged saying my parcel was at Edinburgh mc and my parcel will arrive the 6 November by 3:00pm it’s now 10 November and it’s a no show…..also can’t update delivery options says it’s not available for my package obviously been “lost” clearly dodgy people working here

Fuming, paid over 8 quid for 'guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery'. 2 days later, and it still hasn't left Edinburgh...My advice is not to buy anything from Scotland (as it goes via Edinburgh) if you're in a hurry (no offence to the Scottish) but the management at Edinburgh MC need sacking!

A joke I had email saying my parcel was getting delivered on 18th Jan it's now February and no sign of my parcel coming they are a disgrace

Received Royal Mail tracking info. to say my delivery (48hr tracked) would arrive on Saturday 9 December 2023. Parcel did not come. It even stated the parcel is going to be dropped by 3pm on the day. Nothing turned up all day (I’m located in the Easy Midlands). I waited three extra days after the due date of 9 December and now is 12 December.Tracking information shows that parcel arrived at this dreaded “Edinburgh Mail Centre” at 04.49pm on 11 December. No further update.Why? It was left from South of England from the Princess Royal Parcel Hub (which was only 1.5 hours away from my destination) and from 9th December where it was supposed to be delivered has now gone way past from the destination to a further 5 hours to bloody Scotland! This is absurd and Royal Mail is no longer a legit mode of delivery. Scammers!I am waiting for my package worth over £100. Will be reporting to the federation and in depth enquiry into this dodgy business.
