The prices have gone up, with many old deals scrapped ending up paying extra than earlier. Food is served cold, even though not busy. Food was good though. Kids liked it.

Visited at lunchtime wanted to use their app to order but for some reason this was blocked, never had this issue before. Used the order screen without to much issue. It was a busy lunch hour and whilst I wouldn't say the restaurant was dirty it certainly felt a bit grubby. Order was dispensed pretty quickly, all upto usual KFC standards.

Really great food served hot on arrival tasted as a KFC should .However the wait times were really bad. They were clearly short staffed had to wait for my zinger burger around 20 minutes for them to cook it .Tables were dirty and not cleaned , it overall was ok for a kfc .

A nice place to sit and enjoy the taste of real Kentucky. This place offers dine in or take away. In middle of city and view of the streets. But as a customer for many times, I felt all their items are with an extra salt flavor. I'm not sure is that the way they offer or there was some mistake.

Had a trip out to Stoke with my two children! Thought we’d go kfc but wish we didn’t! Absolute disgusting place looks like it ain’t been cleaned in months! Food every where every table was dirty! Staff didn’t even a smile on their faces! Won’t be coming again!

Honestly it was an absolute horrifying experience they didn't get my family's order right as soon as I entered it felt like walking on the ocean the chips tasted like they had been fried in oil mixed with toe gunk I paid 70 pound on food that my stomach did not appreciate thank you

Awful Customer serviceThe staff is very rude and most of the food will serve without proper cooking.Both the delivery and dine in is same always.Chips will taste like raw potatoes that harvested just now. Majority of staff members have no basic manners and they will give you a class for how to speak( if you are not British) . You can pay for your food to get grammar and vocabulary classes. Racist staff, their behavior with customer is based on their nationality. They won't clean tables after use, it is always filled with leftovers.Very dirty tables and stinky bathroom. Not recommended.

Dirty place !! My wife had to asked them clean the area before we could sit down other then that we ordered table Service and it was really quick and warm
