I had 4 watches repaired & the service provided was top notch. I was communicated with through out the servicing period on progress & clear cost possibilties were fully outlined at the very beginning of the process & as tests were completed the actual cost within the range that had been supplied to agree to move forward on repair. I visited this place at the weekend to get a new battery in my watch I don’t really know what I’m doing so when they told me that is was £50 for a new one I obliged to only come back later for them to tell me my watch was broken. They told me they could fix it for me for the SMALL price of £300. I later discovered that they had put the battery in upside down and in the end I fixed it my self for £3. Absolutely disgusting!

Tick King recently repaired the strap and cleaned my Omega watch. I was very satisfied with the result. My watch came back looking like new. I would fully recommend using Tick King as the service they offered was first class.

I have sent multiple watches to be repaired/serviced/polished at Tick King now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The first watch i needed repairing, I tried a local watch repairer and was told it couldn't be repaired. I sent it to Tick King, and they had it fixed within 24 hours and pasted back out to me.
