Fertility Centre

Myself and my husband have recently been to this clinic for our first round of IVF. Unfortunately, this round was not successful but I cannot fault the clinic at Luton. They have been brilliant. Particularly Chamika and Jocelyn, who provided me with so much support, always answered my questions quickly and clearly, and were very reassuring to me at all of my appointments. This level of support made a difficult time a lot easier to go through, so thank you.

Can not get through to anyone. When at the clinic, it feels like everyone performs at a slow pace and do not take care or pride in wanting to help

It’s worst experience with luton fertility clinic, we had 3 Failed cycles. They don’t follow up after your egg transfer, we spent 300 quit for endoscrach but no use. I don’t prefer this fertility clinic I am really upset with their treatment.

Not had a great experience at all, appointments always run sooo late! Emails are never answered too. Was made to wait for over 50 mins just to be told that the nurse was not in and that I had to wait for another nurse. The other nurse didn’t even know my name or date of birth and had to come and ask me for basic details about myself, then only to be told a whole hour later that she didn’t have time to do my blood test and that I have to go to the blood test apartment and bring my own bloods back to give to them.

Worst experience ever. Cancelled our appointment without giving notice. We received the letter after we returned from the hospital

Really bad experience with these people in fertility centre the doctor and the receptionist. I think they supposed to here here for work not for laughs and jokes they made me wait for 45 minutes for my wife scan because they receptionist didn't tell the nurse that we are here. Unprofessional staff on the reception they called me like 4 times to change the appointmentAlso about the dr shazia akbar she gave the perception and said I will speak to you and explain when and how many times you need to take medication ***which is not normal medicine there is a certain time that you can take the medicine and there is side effects as well which we was not aware of that***** the paramedic told me when I collect my medicine from pharmacy thanks to that paramedic
