Have been ordering coffee and a raspberry swirl on Deliveroo! I love the coffee and swirl but since the past 5 deliveries my coffee has been missing vanilla syrup which I have clearly ordered. One two times I could ignore it as a mistake but Every Time?I even once got normal milk instead of oat milk which I can’t drink as I’m intolerant. Please go through the orders properly!

It can a super busy shop over the weekend especially if the weather is nice and people visiting the heath.The staff is working incredible hard to run the place I must say they work for every penny they earn well enough.Crowd, queue, no seats at peak times but you will be still served quickly.I was disappointed because I wanted to have a nice experience to sit in & enjoy the bakery products. With no seat available and packed tables it wasn't possible. Once we got our order a table came up but it was dirty. Even the lady working hard to tidy up after customers.The gingerbread heart is recommended.Coffee/ decaf with oat milk was nice too.

Very disappointing service. Staff appear to have I can't be bother to provide customer service. To the point I was ignored by 4 staff behind the counter trying to avoid eye contact with me. I was also ignored when I asked if anyone could help. I went to Hampstead to pick up a whole cinnamon social only to be told it was not there and someone else must have grabbed it and there was nothing they could do apart from cancel the order. Great when all I was looking forward to was to share the Social with family on a saturday night.

The sandwiches, toasties and sweet things are all delicious, although horribly over-priced (a smoked salmon roll is £6.45, a tuna melt £6.95). The service is awful: the counter staff don't really seem to know what they are doing. Queues build up because of this (it is especially bad on Saturday and Sunday mornings). Staff turnover is a big problem: people come and go frequently so that new, under-trained staff are there all the time, then disappear. My guess is that this is due to short-staffing and poor pay.

Seemed like a standard ole and steen. A bit hectic due to the bank holiday weekend but the manager was very sharp and made sure everyone was served promptly. They had some tasty treats both savoury and sweet to buy. Big space inside to sit. They also honour the NHS discount, you get a free coffee if you buy a pastry (with valid ID)

This is a fantastic coffee shop. Clean environment. Friendly and help full stuff. Great variety of desserts, coffees and drinks. My breakfast was cooked to perfection. Really amazing place with great prices. Strongly recommend. A visit when you are in the area is a must.
