Kester serviced our son's bike and he has done a fantastic job. He really cares about the end product and replaced several parts at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely be using his services again!

I possess a mountain bike which I have enjoyed using since I purchased it in about 2005. It has great memories for me. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use it for the past 5 years and have not been able to maintain it or keep it under cover. Kester Hewett undertook to thoroughly restore it to its former glory. When I collected it today it was in amazing condition, like factory new and his charge for all his hard work was most reasonable to me. He is a fantastic guy with bikes and I would recommend him to everyone who owns a bicycle.Colin Lewis

Kester is an exceptional bike technician. I had my ‘old faithful’ mountain bike which I’d pretty much written off but wanted to hand down to my son and use as a pub bike. After Kester serviced it and replaced some key parts it runs better than my new bike!!

Great service in a pinch!After a pinch flat on the Castleman trail left me stranded without spare tubes, I limped to HCS where Kester fitted a new one to get me back on the road. But what really stood out was his advice, recommendations and depth of knowledge. I came away with a new tube, but half a dozen gold nuggets of info for future serving work (that I will def put his way).

Kester serviced three of our bikes (one adult and two child’s bikes). He was absolutely first class, providing a detailed estimate, breakdown of work done and an excellent COVID-safe drop off and collection service. The services were amazing - my son said that the bike rode like new; Kester even gave him some low level servicing tips to keep the bike in optimal condition. The prices were exceptionally competitiveFrom now on, I will only use Hewett Cycle Services for my bike servicing needs! Thanks for a great servicing experience Kester!
