The experience is really good, from the start till after the survey. I appreciate Mike and Toni provided me with more than expected service.From the start, they recommended a suitable service based on the situation, instead of thinking of getting the most money.I get search reports long after the survey report is done and payment is complete. Mike still reply me as a very speedy manner.I would recommend them :)

Incredible level of personalised service- Toni and Andy took away so much of the stress of purchasing a new property by methodically going through the survey with you, at a pace that suit your level of expertise. I will happily champion this company as one of the best levels of customer service I have ever experienced, and since moving into the property, they were still willing to offer advice surrounding how to proceed with the advisories from the survey. Don't look anywhere else for all your home survey needs!

Highly recommend The Good Surveyor. Jess and Toni were super friendly and helpful even before we had agreed to proceed. Andy undertook a level 2 survey for us and was highly professional, thorough and friendly throughout. He called us after the survey which was really useful and he explained everything in great detail and answered any question we had, explaining that we are also able to contact him at any time after too. The report is very detailed and not a cut and paste job like some other reports may be. I really feel that The Good Surveyor go above and beyond and I am so glad we went with them. Very professional and efficient service. Survey report completed and submitted within 2 days! Both Toni and Andy have very approachable personalities. Andy answered all my queries related to the report findings in an honest and friendly manner. He also explained to me all the technical terms in layman language that really helped to put me at ease as a potential buyer. Highly recommended!

I looked at and spoke to several surveyors due to some specific issues with the property we were buying. From the initial enquiry through to post report phone call, I couldn't be happier with The Good Surveyor. Toni gave me a lot of advice by phone and email before we had even chosen to proceed with the survey. Mike spent hours at the property before turning around an incredibly thorough report very quickly. He also explained everything on the phone in between us chatting about life and football! Toni provided a great service with a discussion before booking to confirm the correct level of survey and what to expect. On the day of the survey I had an hour long call to thoroughly debrief on the findings and discuss implications ahead of the final report. The report was comprehensive and gave real assurance of the level of inspection carried out. I would highly recommended The Good Surveyor. A friend recommended Toni for a level 2 Homebuyers survey and its the best decision I made. As a first time buyer I needed my hand holding through the process and Toni and her team did just that. My initial contact was with Jess, who sent me the quote, organised a prompt survey date and kept me up to date with proceedings. I was extremely lucking to have both Toni and Harry doing the survey on the day. Nothing escaped their professional eyes. We met for a coffee straight after the survey to discuss the report which Toni did with endless patience and fun to ensure I fully understood the findings and building terms. It was easy to book Andy Sharpe to do the survey, and the report was extremely comprehensive, but with clear and helpful summaries of key issues, as well as being very accessible.Andy called us to discuss the report and was extremely knowledgeable, as well as being really friendly and engaging.We felt the cost of the survey was good value, and overall we are extremely happy with the report and the service, and would highly recommend.

Easiest review I have ever written... OUTSTANDING service! From initial query to receiving our home buyers survey results, Toni and Andy have been great. The survey itself was full and proper. Along with a very detailed report with photos, Andy provided an hour long phone call, discussing the survey findings, making sure we knew and understood everything. Worth every penny (important to mention, reasonably priced too!). Highly recommended.
