Very comfortable experience, staff were excellent, it was all very relaxed we didn't feel any pressure or felt the need we had to make a purchase.

Old Chubby grey haired clerk refused me service as I walked in with my partner to look for a bed for our new apartment. I am 20 years old and the clerk asked me where my parents are, then told me to leave. Since when was there a minimum age to buy a bed. I wish I got this clerks name but with the way he acts (probably has never been in a meaningful loving relationship type of guy) he is quite distinctive looking. AVOID this place.

Excellent delivery , on time , courteous and helpful , unfortunately when built the drawers were damaged .

Bought a silent night matteress with 10year guarantee. Within 2 years theres a dip in mattress. I am askin for refund lets see if they will give it.

The most irresponsible company!!! I was waiting my bed and mattres 4 Weeks and they to call me on the day of sending and tell me that something is missing, and to wait another 2 weeks and then after the 2 weeks to call me and tell me that everything is missing. Are you ok ? And after we go to the store and they tell us that the sending company is to blame, seriously? I buy from the store, you have to follow the sending process. Or will you not care about your buyers? You took the money and you are happy. I do not recommend this store for anything in the world! Those who work in the store and the delivery company they cooperate with are irresponsible.

They are ripping people off. I purchased a Bergen two door sliding wardrobe back in February. I paid addition £50 for it to be assembled. Within a months time the doors got stuck on top of each other causing the mirror to crack. I paid over £400 for the wordrobe and addition £50 for insuring it. I reported the issue in number of occasions both by phone and email. I was 80 on the queue. It has been over 8 months and all they ask is whether the wordrobe is attached to the wall or not.The way it has been dealt with is pathetic, the store says it is the insurance responsibility and the insurance is taking any actions. My entire bedroom is a mess. I renovated my house recently but can’t even enjoy it because of the broken wordrobe door which has my entire cloths on display.This is ripping people’s money off. Enticing customers to buy products and not caring about the issues that occurs despite the fact that we have paid to insure it.I had to give one star because without it I wouldn’t have been able to write my review. I wouldn’t give them a small sparkle of a star let alone one star.

Horrendous. Just bought a new flat, and I walked into the store to browse. And this worker doesn’t greet me, he just says to me “have you got any parents with you” (I am 18 years old) and when I questioned this he told me I needed my parents here, I was “too young to buy a bed” in a very condescending manner. I then asked him if I could look around and he said no “because your not gonna buy a bed” I was then told to “get out!” safe to say I won’t be visiting again.

From the moment we arrived in the store, the staff were attentive but not suffocating. They were extremely helpful and gave us some excellent advice. Their advice and guidance helped us make our decision to purchase easier.
