Very prompt first visit, informative discussion. Graham agreed to return & investigate further when i had removed ceiling however, despite promising to return plus couple of unanswered telephone calls & text messages i did not see him again and was left to replace ceiling. Disappointed, & based on my experience would not reccomend this company.
