Emerald Architectural Design Ltd

We used Emerald AD on a recommendation from my friend who is a builder, and we found his service, work and designs to be absolutely great and completely in line with our initial brief. I would really recommend James and Emerald AD. I will upload some pictures of the finished house once it is completed.

My experience cannot be worst. Michael was not communicative at all, not professional and he let us down, when we have agreed to start the job on the 2nd of October. He didn't apologise or explain anything, he just didn't answer and disappear. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I recently went to James to design our kitchen/snug extension.With the ideas he came up with it he has used the space to the maximum and also gained us a utility area.We will be using his business partner Micheal for the build who has been very responsive and worked out ways that can help with cost down. will post pictures of the progress start to finish looking forward to working on my project with them start to finsh!

From having a really bad experience with other architects, telling us things were not possible and others not taking us seriously, we were put into contact with James from a friend, we emailed and he replied instantly and came to visit us. He listened to what ‘WE’ wanted for us and not for ease of his work and gave additional / better ideas that were much better than what we had in mind. I used Emerald Architectural Design for plans needed for a double storey side extension on my home, James was excellent and extremely professional. He offered great advice in terms of designs, was very thorough and put a lot of thought and care into what we required. He was always on the end of the phone and made time for meetings, would definitely recommend.
