Tidy little gym but a lot of the men's lockers get jammed or just don't lock at all. I've found the treadmills are not calibrated properly and an identical run on one machine will burn up to 40% less calories on another

I obtained a membership，drove there once, and unexpectedly received a £100 parking fine. It's supposed to be free parking, and this situation has left me perplexed. I seek clarification and a resolution from your end.

A member of the gym on the moor had to go due it being closed. Awful layout. Cable machines were dirty, hadn’t been cleaned or oiled. PTS were just sat on their phones. Only good thing about it was the seated leg curl.

This gym is fine, normal cheap gym. The major major downside is the parking. You have to register your number plate each time you go. If you forget once... instant fine for 6 month's membership. The parking company chases you aggressively with threats of bailiffs if you don't pay quickly.The gym keeps a record of when you've been - why can't the parking company just get access to that? Absurd setup.

Absolutely the worst gym I’ve ever been to. People are rude, staff look unhappy, the building is facing the sun so it is constantly blaring through the windows. Equipment is never put back, and I never see staff clean up even though there are about 6 of them. Saw a “trainer” sat on a row machine “training” a women using hoops taking up about 4 stations for about 45 minutes, then completely left all the equipment out without putting it back. Totally unacceptable behaviour from members, let alone staff.If you have any passion for the gym or fitness avoid like the plague

Great gym. The staff are friendly and approachable. I enjoy the open, non-judgemental atmosphere with other gym-goers. Although it can be busy at peak times I've never had to wait for a machine more than 5 minutes, and there's always some available mat space even when there's a class on. Good level of cleanliness too.

Bought a membership, been at the gym once and I got a £100 fine for parking. Nobody notified me that we have to pay for gym car park, you should include that information in the email or on the app. Cancelled my membership and I’ll never come back there.

Placed in a good location and not crowded that much. There are plenty of machines for each exercises so usually you don't need to wait in a queue.

Decent gym for the price. Can get very busy at peak times obviously but nothing to complain about if you just want to use your standard gym machines etc.
