I called there today as a pair of Karrimor boots had failed on a seam after wearing once.They young lad and manager dealt with me and we very polite, very professional.The replaced the boots like for like as the receipt was present . Faultless service.

Went here the other day, no problems.Staff were fine, if a little vigilant. (lots of shoplifters maybe??!!)Young lady was really helpful getting the ladder to get to the high-up clothing.I must've missed the anti-Welsh stuff and gone shopping after 10am.

Dreadful rude staff who refuse to bide by the law. I purchased a faulty garment from here. Returned next day for a refund. Manager flatly refused to give a refund, in clear breach of the sales and supply of goods act 1994. She was also very confrontational and dismissive.

Don't bother going to this Store, impossible to get a refund. Took a Rugby shirt back as it was to small, asked for a refund. A little Git behind the counter said that I had worn it,refused to refund me point blank, but quite happy to exchange it for a bigger size. Had all the tags on. His Customer service was diabolical he didn't have a clue how to talk to Customers, the Git was as useless as a chocolate fireguard!

Just went for a look around and a woman that worked there watched us the entire way round from the top of a ladder and then she came and asked if we needed assistance and we said no. But she refused to leave and kept asking personal questions when we just wanted to look around. Horrible service made us so uncomfortable and wanted to leave.

Good stock and prices.Absolutely rubbish customer service when you need a refund, beware they only offer 'Credit Notes' which actually goes against Consumer Law. Yet to see the outcome from writing to get my refund!
