Can’t recommend enough, called Alex about a broken handle on my washing machine door ,he came round within the hour, luckily had the exact replacement handle in his van all fixed within half hour of arriving ! Contacted this company on a Sunday through Google Chat when my washer unexpectedly developed a fault. The engineer messaged me straight back and arranged an appointment. He even gave me some tips on what to do to try and solve the problem myself so I could avoid paying for a repair. Unfortunately I still needed a repair and he arrived on time and diagnosed a problem with the pump immediately. It was replaced quickly and efficiently and I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap it was. It’s so refreshing to get such a good service at an excellent price. Card is permanently on the fridge for all future jobs.
