I bought a keyboard from your shop and it stopped working within a day. I came back and asked for a refund and was refused even though it was faulty.

Terrible won't give refund on their terrible work they replace with non genuine shabby Chinese screens so I'd suggest you stay away

Repaired my iphone screen. Good service and efficient, cash only though so make sure your holding!

Terrible service . Given a quote verbally for a job but when you return to collect it’s more money , when you politely mention this they are very rude and aggressive . Like many other reviews advise avoid this business

Took my mobile phone in as it stopped charging; the shopkeeper was helpful and pretty efficient at getting the job done - it did take a while but he definitely did his best to get it sorted and I'm very grateful.Let's support our small local businesses to keep them going and to keep Eastbourne Town going with it's individuality & unique feel for us locals - without them we are just another dying high street seaside town.

Very bad service. Worst I've experience in my life. Sold me a Charger that was faulty twice in a month. Second time I returned it I experienced being aggressively spoken to and blamed. Refused a refund, so agreed on an exchange.They made another mistake and got an incorrect charger, tried to blame me straight away!???No appology.My 3 year old took some phone cases off the shelf that's 2 inches from the floor, while I was talking, I appologised for it. The owner/manager came out slowly and shook his head in disgust at me and my boy. Appalling. Do not buy anything from these people. I'm seeing this till the end.

On the surface it seems like one of those wonderful electrical/electronic parts & repair shops that every Eastbourne-sized town used to have.In practice maybe it's useful if you still use '80s/'90s technology, as they seem to have a lot of parts from those eras, but apart from that they seem to sell rubbish. For example they sell Samsung-compatible smartphone chargers at £8 each that last less than two months: I had two and they were both as bad as each other.The owner will spend a lot of time trying to fix your broken kit, but won't manage to do it. He claimed to have fixed my jump-starter/inverter, saying the charge lights on the machine weren't working. Bull! They weren't working because he failed to fix it, despite saying he had.

Terrible service!! I went there to fix my laptop and was set a price at the beginning, then waited a few days with no sign from the owner so I called, I was being talked agressively and said that it will cost more and I agreed, with the mention that It didn’t seemed fair to set a higher price mid reparation. The owner got really angry and started explaining for 30min on the phone why the customer is not always right and that where he comes people are humble when entering a shop like this. What?!? I felt like I was supposed to accept everything he says because he was in a superior position (still in the possetion of my laptop) and would keep passive/aggressively saying “If you don’t like it, we wil stop all reparation!”. The guy kept rising the price with every call I would make to check if the laptop is ready.This hussle only for unlocking a forgotten password. Such complicated tech they used I’m sure. When the laptop was ready I got there and the owner kept insulting me with little jokes he made in front of other customers.Very weird guy.Very low service.One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

I had to have my screen repaired for a second time, he had it done very quickly. Due to no fault of his own, the home button broke. He helped me get my assisted touch button up so I could use the phone before it was sent off for repair. The phone was back within 7 business days and I've not had a problem with it since. They did an excellent job.

Fixed my laptop screen very quickly and really nice guys in there only negative was no card transactions so had to get money from atm but other than that great service highly recommend!
