Unfortunately, the level of customer service here has deteriorated as of late. The staff seems disinterested. The store member tells you to contact Samsung online to book an appointment. Then online tell you to ring the store. It's absolutely ridiculous! I'm in the store! Why can't someone just book my service appointment instead of messing customers about and making it so difficult to get a repair booked in ffs!Wake up, Samsung!

I had pre booked an appointment over the phone and spoke to one of the staff members from this store. I booked an appointment for a screen replacement with a staff member who didn’t ask any questions behind what phone I have or telling me the price, therefore I had to ask.This staff member answered my questions telling me the price and when it will be fixed. I travelled 2 hours to this store for my phone to be fixed to then be told they need to take my phone away for 3-12 days.There was no communication that it couldn’t be done at the shop, therefore I didn’t make any plans on having a temporary phone while they took my original phone away to be fixed.What a waste of my journey all because of terrible customer service and communication.If the staff communicated this and didn’t just expect me to know then there wouldn’t have been a problem!I was also treated like this was my fault in the shop.

The customer experience was amazing. The team really engaged with us as we had to take a flip phone in for a screen protector replacement. So much better than the option Sky offered.Now I want one of these

Really bad customer service - I have been there 4 times for different issues regarding my Samsung devices all top shelf and I got refused a repair every time due to some silly excuses. Then I went to London store and had it fixed. Samsung Leicester store has put me off buying Samsung devices and I will be switching to other more customer friendly brands...

Fair enough, I am so glad you put that in writing, as I would now like to know why another Samsung store fixed the phone under the warranty?To the general public: stay clear as you can see some of the other reviews also clearly indicate a bad level of service. One store chooses not to make excuses, another store looks after you!! Hmm... questionable.

The manager laughed when I asked for a screen protector to be replaced. I checked their website before setting out on my 41 mile, 56 minute journey leaving my disabled parents expressly to get my phone sorted. Even though I explained this to the staff member and was nearly in tears. I have never been met with such passive aggression. The stance was 'book an appointment or go away'. The next appointment to do a 10 minute job was 6 days away. I explained how difficult it was to leave my parents and keep appointments but this was met with complete indifference. The manager, who was stood near me on the shop floor, couldn't be bothered to help or try and find another solution. It was hugely upsetting, totally unprofessional and totally unnecessary. But then he wasn't going to earn any commission out of me, so why would he bother?

I pr-booked an appointment for screen protector replacement a week ago. I travelled one hour to the store and a staff told me there was no screen protector replacement to my phone. I asked the staff should inform me earlier rather than in the last minute. Although the staff apologized for this matter, it is waste my time and so disappointed. The custom service and communication should be improved.

Disgraceful service. Booked in for a phone repair, turned up early, showed my phone to the assistant manager upon entry (phone clearly damaged) - told to wait as no one free until appointment time - no problem.At appointment time trainee came to help - kept saying was just a screen protector replacement which would take 15 minutes - I pointed out repeatedly it was a full screen replacement.Eventually assistant manager came over and told me no one available to deal with repair so would have to rebook - absolute joke when I already had an appointment for a repair.Assistant manager clearly couldn't care less - my travel time into Leicester is an hour each way which has now meant 2 and a half hours of my day wasted....I now have to return tomorrow so another 2 and a half hours.Bad management, poor customer service. If I had the option to go elsewhere I would however as this is an insurance repair I am bound to go into store.Gives the whole samsung brand a bad rep.

What a rip offBought a galaxy watch 6 classic from store. At no point was I told or offered different band sizes during sale. Went home and opened to find watch doesn't fit and no large band in the box.Took back to the store the following day told they only sell one size and you are expected to buy a large strap at an additional cost! Even though you are offered different sizes on line.Also told I couldn't return as no fault so feel really ripped off. Buy a watch you can't wear out of the box what a joke. So phone will be going aswell.

Samsung have MUCH to learn from their competitors, particularly about customer service. I'm not aware of what it is like at other stores, however the service at this store STINKS.For a start, what is the point of being able to ring the stores, when the under-trained or under-developed staff simply pick up the phone and then hang up.I've worked in the telecoms industry for about a decade, work in IT and have been using mobile telephones for 28 years, to then be treated like a retarded dolt by the in-store staff is not appreciated.
