Fantastic shop with a seriously large selection of stock at various price points. Staff are very knowledgeable and were happy to spend a lot of time running through different kit with me and explain each pieces pros and cons. Very rarely have I experienced such personal customer experience, especially when it was apparent there were other people in that shop intending to spend a lot more money than I - yet I was still treated exactly the same. Highly recommend a visit, don't forget to pick up a few robjent daddy's!

Had heard from others that the owners here can be rude but decided to try for myself as I can’t resist perusing a tackle / shooting shop. The fun part is that there’s plenty of interesting gear to look at for those that fish and shoot. The less enjoyable part is that the shop owners live up to their reputation and are a bit ‘prickly’. Prices are heavily marked up but, if they were simply more approachable, I would have happily overlooked it (I just did not want to support such pretentious behaviour).

A fly fisherperson Eutopia, with the most amazing stock of fly fishing gear. Very polite staff with a vast knowledge of everything they have in stock, so very helpful and patient, none of this trying to sell you anything you don't need or the most expensive, just truly honest great service, as it used to be old fashion values, they also stock an amazing range of shooting clothing for ladies and gents and accessories, with a in-store tailoring service for any alterations, allow your selves a couple of hours to explore every thing, you will not be disappointed, good wheelchair access with staff on hand to help, 10/10,

I always make a point of visiting the shop when fishing in the area. I have to say I always find something to buy as they have a huge selection of stock. Always helpful with advice etc. I recently called them close to closing time for something and as promised a call back came even after they had shut to say they had the item and would post it to me. First class service!!
