Dan has been brilliant. Taking the time to explain everything, run through all our options and have online meetings and emails. He was great at keeping us on track, he had to chase us at times but this was done in a lovely way. Once it was all set up he still kept an eye on the rates and even organised us a new deal when rates went down, for no additional fee. Dan and the team really do have your best interests at heart.
