Excellent service. Chris took away all the stress of the planning application for our loft conversion and single storey rear extension. He was knowledgeable, willing to provide advice and clued up on both the best way to make use of the space we had and how to secure planning. We would highly recommend ELA.

Chris was friendly, polite and professional right from the start. He gave us a clear quote at a very good price for the plans and everything we would need to do to start our building work.Throughout the planning process and build communication was excellent and Chris was always available to help and answer our questions and also went above and beyond to create additional drawings and explanations for our neighbours to support the party wall agreement.We would highly recommend Chris and can't thank him enough!

I was apprehensive as I found Chris via an internet search. I decided to contact him as he was local to us. He was fantastic from start to finish. We originally wanted to do a downstairs extension but he suggested a loft conversion would make more sense to do first. His plans were great and he was happy to make some changes once we saw it on paper. Both the loft conversion and extension made it through planning without any issues. We've since recommended Chris to several friends and family and they've also been happy.

Chris at ELA Design produced drawings for 2 new build properties for us. He then advised us on the best way to navigate our way through the Planning process which can be lengthy. He then applied for Planning on our behalf and we received full permission within a few months!We would never have achieved the same result ourselves and certainly not that quickly. There were a few issues to overcome with the Planning Dept. along the way but these were resolved swiftly and professionally making the whole process totally stress free for us.We cant thank ELA Design enough for their help and would recommend them to anyone going through a similar process.
