Ulsi is now our go to man for any plumbing issues! We asked him to install a stop valve and water softener. This turned out to be a more complex job as it turns out we shared the water main with our neighbors but Ulsi managed to find the right solution! He is direct, efficient and an excellent professional. Already recommending him to anyone and everyone!

Thank you Lika for your great help. Ursi, the engineer, the plumber, he is professional, skilful, experienced and knows what is the best solution for customer. My boiler broke down and leaking. Ursi is quick to response. He offered different solutions and explained the pro and cons so that I am able to make a decision. As there is a dishwashing cupboard under the boiler, it is difficult for him to work. He needs to lean on the cupboard, tweet his waist to do the hard work which is some plumbers refuse to work in that difficult situation.Ursi is a well organised person. He does not make a mess of your place and clear the rubbish. The charges and fee are competitive, reasonable. You will be happy with his work.

Ulsi did all of the plumbing work for our extension and refurbishment, which included a new bathroom, kitchen and boiler with both radiators and underfloor heating. He is very reliable, and consistently provided us a professional service that we’ve been really pleased with. Fixed a gas leak issue for my old mother who has dimentia by installing a new pipe and removing remaining parts and capping off old pipes. Competitive price was offered and job was done to a high standard. Appreciate the service!
