I had a big problem with connectivity on my Vodafone mobile. I tried to get this resolved via the online services without any success and a big headache .I went into the Vodafone shop in Dumfries and was attended to by a really helpful young guy who clearly knew his stuff. His analysis of the problem was really good, and he contacted the various people at Vodafone online to get my issue sorted.Can't thank him enough for his patience and actions.Great shop and helpful team of staff.

Didn't get seen to, staff quite happily chatting to customers about holiday destinations while other customers waited to be seen. Suppose staff are only being nice but it's frustrating when you're next in line and wait half an hour and still don't get served.

This Dumfries store never have many phones in stock. Plenty choice of phones on display, but never any in stock when i want to purchase. So not reliable if you need a new phone or want to buy one of your preferred choice.
