Absolutely fantastic classes with helpful tips and tricks on self defence and fitness, they instruct all types of self defence techniques that are very useful and the membership is better then most clubs offer. I couldn’t find a better jiu jitsu club suited to my standards, I highly recommend all people of ages to try this place out. 10/10!
