We just wanted to extend our gratitude for delivering our collective vision for a wonderful new kitchen and living space. We spoke with a few kitchen providers; others who were recommended such as yourselves, and also the usual high-street chains, but no one else seemed to be as totally aligned as you were with what we wanted. You were also only one of a few who could deliver the project as a whole. This was an important factor for us to have the different trades such as the builders and the fitters coming from one place. We hoped it would improve reliability and we were more than proven correct.Positive people all the way through the project;-Pre-sale: Even from when we first contacted you via messenger, Amy was so friendly and swift in answering, we knew we on the right tracks from the very beginning.-Ideas and quotations: Peter was very polite and enthusiastic, producing some excellent graphic designs with great ideas which really helped us understand the space and make the changes needed to make this a perfect layout for our family's needs.-Building work: Mac from the get-go is a person you know you can trust with your most valuable asset. Using his trusted contacts to secure a structural engineer, meant the building control element was a breeze. His team turned up exactly when they said they would and were respectful and as tidy as they could be (difficult thing to be with walls, floors and ceilings all being removed) and they competed the works sufficiently in time for the kitchen to be fit, meaning our disruption was minimised. There were a couple of snags, which are to be expected of this type of project, but these were completed swiftly without hesitation.-Design finalisation: Tim was a big help in the final design of the kitchen, improving on the initial plan to make sure everything would fit exactly where it should and giving us great comfort in knowing the installation would run as smoothly as possible.Kitchen fitting: Colin made sure every part of the kitchen was installed perfectly, taking the time needed and sometimes staying quite late to ensure the programme dates were met.-Worktops: Darren, Sandy and the team at Intermarble surveyed the kitchen to the millimetre to ensure the perfect fit for the worktops. They installed them extremely professionally, using the highest possible standard of materials and at a reasonable price.-Plumbing: Tim is a great guy, not only at the plumbing required, but also the help and advice he gave on the existing plumbing in the house. The way he interacted with my elderly father when he was having an issue with the hot water was really appreciated.-Electrics: Lee is a very competent and methodical electrician. His attention to detail for the positioning of fixings really came to light in the end when the second fix was installed, leaving everything perfectly aligned and balanced.-Flooring: Chris was very friendly and swift, leaving behind a perfectly laid floor. I don't think you can ask for more.-Support: Kate, Karren and the office team were always happy to answer an email or phone call with any questions we had, leaving us assured that all was as it should be at all times.SummaryAnybody reading this looking for a new kitchen or refit should go and see CK. They are not pushy in the slighest and happy to chat things through with you.

Needed a worktop supplying and fitting at short notice which is difficult at this time of year when most fitters are fully booked for weeks ahead. Popped into the showroom and ordered a worktop the same day. It was fitted a week later which was done to an impeccable standard.

First class company, highly recommended and well deserving of 5 stars. From our first visit to the showroom to the last item to be completed, we had a most professional, friendly and solicitous service. All calls and emails were answered and actioned promptly. We asked for a significant change when the project was almost finished and this was attended to by Peter with no fuss whatsoever. The trades were experienced and thorough and each of them gave a high quality service. Colin, the fitter, Lee the electrician , Mark the plumber and the company who laid the floor were exemplary. Our thanks to them and to everyone we dealt with at Cannock Kitchens: Amy, Kate, Karen, Tim, Jason and Peter. You all went the extra mile to give us a kitchen exactly as we hoped for. Thanks Cannock Kitchens for my lovely new kitchen, everyone has been really nice to deal with, although I made several changes everything went perfectly from planning to completion. Special thanks to fitters Colin & Dan, electrician Lee and tiler Ibrahim, who did a fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble for them, really professional and very friendly, you should be really proud to have them working for you. Needless to say anyone who is contemplating a new kitchen should check them out, you won’t be disappointed

From coming to our home to chat about our ideas, through to planning and then installation, we found them to be a professsional and approachable business.2 days of fitting and our kitchen has had new doors. So impressed. It looks like we have had a brand new kitchen.Alex our fitter was great.Definitely a 5 star company and service. Thankyou

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Having ordered a kitchen with these guys which was more expensive than other quotes but offered the colours we liked, we very quickly started to receive threatening emails which I will make public shortly. So the install was moved a few times due to both parties (installer had COVID & damaged or not delivered parts) which put our plumbing work back around a month at our cost. The install was very good as they use a sub contractor. So, a tap for the sink was not delivered and the owner reluctantly gave us a replacement. We are now receiving email’s threatening court action if we do not pay for this tap(which was 2nd hand!!) I’ve now booked a plumber to install a new one and return this one. Cannock kitchens are now threatening court action for £2k loss of earnings for install date changes yet 2 freezers turned up damaged, some of the kitchen doors or shelves had not been delivered but apparently this is our fault and they want money.Also, or sink still has no overflow drainage fitted as the package supplied has components missing. Due to us questioning appears to have generated this unprofessional & childish reaction/tantrumIf you want this as you after service customer care then you have been warned.The owner has stated by email that i am not the customer and my review is illegal despite me being the owner of the house and holding many discussions with himself and his staff while they visited the property.The date for installation had to be moved to a later date due to the death of a parent, im pretty sure this is out of our hands so any legal action would be folly. Would you seriously consider purchasing or entering into any contract with a company like this?? I would like to think none of you will as this is disgusting behaviorI would also like to add, after spending over £20k we still do not have an overflow in the kitchen sink but Cannock Kitchens have had time to email a cease & desist (from there own admin so a made up legal letter) and today a recorded letter taking us to court for £4k (was £2k a week ago) for loss of earnings. Not very clever as we have the email history stating we had moved the install date (not forgetting parts were missing on the later date install so the job would not have been completed so how are we liable??) that if we move the date again we could be charged. We did not change the date after this.I would suggest that an apology from Cannock Kitchens would remove this and all other reviews.And to top it off, 6 months after completion we are now in small claims court owing £6k for the most ridiculous reasons but I will use the media & radio to keep the public fully informed both here and on FB

Cannock Kitchens have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we entered the showroom and arranged Pete to visit our home, to the final visit for our glass splashback fitting, the whole team have been outstanding, and we are over the moon with the result.Our team consisted of Colin, who ripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new completely on his own. He was very hard working and his work is to a very high standard.Dean was our electrician, and again his work was to a very high standard.Tim did our plumbing and was happy to oblige with my added request of an outside tap.Gordon was our plasterer. Good finish to walls and ceiling which meant nice clean finish.Ib was our tiler who tiled the floor. He was an absolute gem and a master at his tradeSimon was the guy who measured for our glass splash back which provided that top spec finish and look.Each and every tradesman worked hard, and to an extremely high standard. I would use any of the trades people for any additional jobs, going forwardsI would most certainly use CK as the did exactly what they said on the tin and their value for money is second to none. Massive thank you to all involved.
